http://code.google.com/apis/health/docs/2.0/reference.html#NoticeContent Images are supported, but they need to be linked to via HTTPS. I don't see any reason why HTML OBJECT/EMBEDs wouldn't work; although, you won't be able to embed content using IFRAMEs.
