Medo, You'll need CCR's XSD file (available from ASTM) to generate code bindings in Java. Then you can read a CCR XML file into a CCR Java object.
I've done this in C# (see here<http://medbi.blogspot.com/2008/02/creating-c-bindings-for-ccr-and-ccd.html>)...though the tools for Java are different, I'm sure.
