Hi,

The sync window will not affect the data like this. Any events that
fall outside of the sync window will simply be ignored until they do
fall within the sync window.

This particular problem is being caused by a problem we discovered
this morning.

It appears Google have changed the way they provide their calendar
data, which is affecting GooSync in a negative way. Basically GooSync
is failing to extract these events correctly, which in turn causes
them to be removed from the device.

Development are aware of the issue and are working on a solution as I
type this. Once this fix is applied to the GooSync server your data
will be transfered back to the device during the next sync.

We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing but be assured that
we are working hard to get this fix available as soon as possible.
