You will need to download the zip file to your desktop and then extract the file inside (a single .cab file). Use ActiveSync to transfer this .cab file to your Treo 700w and locate the file using File Explorer on your device. Single tab this file to install the software. This will then provide you with a link to GooSync in your programs menu as well as on the Start menu. Tap this to open the application.
