I was having this error also. I ended up backing up my calendar, reloading device, then restoring the calendar. At that point, it did the long sync again and duplicated a bunch of items which I deleted on Gcal. Is there a short fix for this? With my wife and I both editing my calendar, this might happen often. The logs aren't very helpful because they are not detailed enough, and the summaries on goosync.com showed completed syncs.
Keep working on those repeating appointments. I appreciate your efforts on a great product. Any word on categories and contacts?
