Hi, We've checked your log files and they show that the sync started as expected with the device sending the sync initiation request and then GooSync responding with the authentication status (successful in this case) and confirmation of the sync request. However, GooSync never receives the next message from the device.
If the device sent this message it would respond with "No SyncML Response" if it didn't receive a response back from GooSync. However, in this instance GooSync couldn't reply because it didn't receive a message from the device to reply to. The later log files show that the sync did start to function correctly. Can you confirm that the sync started to work later on? How are you attempting to synchronise the device? Is it via GPRS or via a USB cable? Usually if messages are not received by either platform it indicates a communication breakdown between the device and the server.
