Hi, We can see from the log files that these entries aren't being added, we just can't see why this is happening.
It appears that these entries from the device are being detected as double additions (meaning that we've already detected a pending add for the same entry so the "new" one is ignored). However, for a new entry this shouldn't happen. I've informed development and they are investigating.
