It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.

However, we've had reports that users on certain network providers
have been unable to receive the configuration message. The main
provider we've encountered with this issue is Cingular.

If you're using Cingular you may be experiencing the same problem.

In this case you may have to manually configure your phone with the
necessary settings.

The basic settings require for manual configuration are as follows:

Sync server URL: http://www.goosync.com/sync/sync.aspx
Username: Your Goosync UserName
Password: Your Goosync password
Calendar database: Calendar

Please note that it is your GooSync account details you need to enter
on the device and not your Google account details.

These settings will need to be entered in the Synchronisation
application in the Organiser on your device.
