Hi, We've checked the server logs and everything was syncing as expected. It was only near the end of the sync where the logs stopped recording and we assume this is the point you see that message on the device.
There was no unusual data sent to the device that could possibly cause any problems. We did some searching with regards to that particular error message and it appears that it is a device application related error. Whether it's a temporary problem or not we can't say.
