Hi, The following is a reply I've made in another post for this same issue:
We've spoken to Nexthaus and they have advised us that you may need to force a slow sync in order for the device to transmit this updated fix information. You may be able to do this on your device, there may be a sync mode setting in the Nexthaus client that allows you to select the slow sync mode. If not you can force a slow sync from the GooSync server by deleting and re-selecting your device (you'll need to configure any calendar settings for GooSync again if doing this). The next time you sync the device should send the updated information for this fix and allow your data to be synchronised with the correct time information.
