I am having the same issue with some, but not all, repeating events. For example, I have a repeating event that when synced is continuously off by one hour. This event occurs next on Monday, March 12th (second Monday of each month) at 7:00pm Atlantic Time (GMT-4:00). However, the date book on my Motorola RAZR displays this event starting at 8:00pm. If I update the start date to 8pm, it gets synced on my phone as 9pm. I have other repeating events that don't seem to have this problem.
