Hi,

We're aware of issues sending the configuration messages to devices on
Cingular but the sync should still work as normal.

The credits within GooSync are just used for sending the configuration
messages down to the device, they will not send any calendar data down
to your device.

If the configuration message does fail to arrive at the device it is
still possible to manually configure the device.

The basic settings required on your device are as follows:

Sync server URL: http://www.goosync.com/sync/sync.aspx
Username: Your Goosync UserName
Password: Your Goosync password
Calendar database: Calendar

Please note that it is your GooSync account details you need to enter
on the device and not your Google account details.

There will be other settings regarding your connection type (GPRS etc)
but these settings will need to be obtained from your network
provider.
