Hi,

Yes this will be because of the daylight saving shift.

Unfortunately, the W810i (as well as other mobile devices) isn't
capable of showing both sets of times at once. It will either show
times for your standard time or for your daylight saving time.

This is a device limitation and one that, at present, we cannot work
around.
