Thanks for providing your username.

The most recent sync recorded was on 11th March, there is nothing for
yesterday or today. This indicates that the device is freezing up
before it can send the sync request to GooSync.

How are you synchronising your device? Is it via a USB cable or via
GPRS/Wi-Fi?

Have you made any changes to the connection since it last worked?
