After several false starts, I decided to clear the google calendar and try again. Result: non-repeating events are missing; repeating events that have revised times (like a weekly event that is canceled or the time is changed for one of the weeks) show up at the original time; several random events show up 5 hours early or 1 hour late. If edit the missing events in the palm (so google thinks it was revised) they still don't show up in google, and, worse, the palm is revised to be as google with incorrect times, missing entries and no palm categories. This is a great idea and I really want it to work. My user name is vinegrad. Thanks.
