I don't know if you guys realize how much buzz this is actually
getting. There are a lot of non-tech savvy users who are having this
problem and they are unable to put 2 and 2 together. Come to find out
they are using GooSync and they do not realize that this is what is
causing the problem until some poor soul on the forums points it out.
Don't get me wrong, I love and use GooSync on my 700P. I have a couple
ways around this issue both using the GooSync client and another app
called dbScan from Pimlico. This link is from the TreoCentral forums

I really hope you guys are able to fix this soon.
