Hi, The current version of GooSync uses a "tag" system to identify the calendars that your events belong to.
You can view full information on multiple calendar support in the relevent help page: http://www.goosync.com/MultiCalHelp.aspx We're currently working on category support for GooSync that will allow users with compatible devices to link their Google Calendars with specific calendar categories on their device. We're expecting to have this feature available within the next few weeks.
