Hi, I've checked the logs and they do show that a sync didn't complete successfully (can't determine the cause of the failure yet though).
However, this wouldn't explain why the device won't restart the sync process (GooSync will automatically delete any incomplete sync sessions after 20 minutes). It's possible that the background autosync process on your device is still trying to continue on the same session as it wasn't terminated correctly. I suggest turning off all autosync settings on your device, restarting it, and then trying the sync again (without autosync).
