Here is the solution I use. Outlook - SyncMyCal - GCAL[WORK] - Goosync - Treo680
I have a Treo680 (HOTSYNC is set NOT to sync the Outlook Calendar) and have created another calendar under my GCAL settings called WORK. I have installed SyncMyCal (Outlook to CGAL sync) onto my desktop and this is configured to synchronize my Outlook Calendar with my GCAL WORK Calendar. Goosync now syncs my GCAL's and the WORK calendar appointments are marked with [WORK]. I am hoping that someone will fix it so I do not have to have multiple tools to do one simple task sync GCAL but until then I will use this method.
