Hi, Are you trying to synchronise both the Pocket PC and the M55 using the same GooSync account?
GooSync only allows one device to be linked to and synchronised with your account. At present you've selected the M55 as your device but the ID that is linked to this (the unique ID from the device) is from a Pocket PC device. This means that the M55 device will be unable to synchronise with your account. In order to synchronise your M55 now you would either need to delete and re-select the M55 from the device list, then sync only that device. Or you would need to create a new GooSync account just for the M55 device. If you wish to create an account just for the M55 device please let me know and I'll change your existing account to show that the device in use is the Pocket PC device.
