Hi >From your device type, a Pocket PC touchscreen device, I'm assuming that you have downloaded the GooSync client zip file. This is a compressed file which you need a 3rd party utility to unzip. Once unzipped you will need to copy the .cab file over to your Pocket PC device using ActiveSync.
