I am new to goosync. I am fairly computer literate. I initially configure both my PC and device, prior to upgrading from freeware to subscription. Despite meticulous attention to detail, access was denied with freeware configuration. Possibly because there was no choice for Treo 650 on freeware?
Anyhow, I have since configured with treo 650 on with goosync paid service. Right now after approximately 5 min of seeing "Starting" on my device screen, I am weary that it is not working. Yet I am afraid that is normal and if I interrupt it at this stage of the game I will stop the sync. Is it normal for the first sync...literally 6 minutes as I type this.
