We have recently updated the Palm OS GooSync client available on the
GooSync website.

This new release (version 3.0.1.1) includes a fix for the problem of
Palm OS devices resetting during certain sync processes.

We highly recommend you update to this new release as soon as
possible.

You can do this using either of the following methods:

1. Download the client to your desktop (from 
http://www.goosync.com/PalmClientInstall.aspx)
and transfer it to your device using HotSync. The client will be
automatically updated after the HotSync process has completed.

2. Use the "Check for Updates" feature from within the GooSync client
to automatically download and install the updated client (requires an
active internet connection).

Once the client is updated you can sync as normal.
