Hi,

That particular 511 was caused because of a timeout issue when
processing the data. This issue is temporary and should sort it self
out the next time you sync.

However the logs do show a situation that could possibly cause the
sync to fail (depending on the device involved). Basically a command
was sent to the device to alter an entry that wasn't present on the
device.

Some devices can handle this and just reply with a "not found"
message. However, it appears that your device may actually just fail
if this situation occurs.

We have altered your account to remove this problem situation. Please
sync again and let us know how you get on.

If the same problem occurs (i.e. the sync fails) please let us know
asap and we'll investigate further.
