Hello! I sent the below message to you about two weeks ago, and it was neither responded to nor posted on the Goosync Google group. In case it somehow fell through the cracks, I am resending it.
Best, Jeffrey Mindich ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Mar 24, 2007 12:45 PM Subject: Chinese Language Compatibility To: GooSync <[email protected]> Hello! I dowloaded the GooSync client for my Treo 650 and was able to successfully sync with my Google calendar. However, Chinese language input created in Google calendar was blank (with the exception of an underline) when transferred over to my Treo. My Treo is capable of reading and writing Chinese, as I receive and send Chinese emails and SMSs without problem. For calendars, I have previously been using Entourage and syncing with my Treo. That required the addition of a small third-party software to keep the Chinese from coming out as gibberish. Google calendars wiith GooSync is a much better solution for mobility, but I can't sacrifice the Chinese language. Is there a preference setting or work-around for this? Thanks very much. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GooSync" group.
