Yes I received that email.

The most recent log files for your account showed that the sync
process completed successfully from the servers point of view (meaning
that the server entered the final stage of the sync and sent the sync
complete command to the device).

Encountering a receiving error in this situation indicates that the
device failed to receive this final server message or it was corrupt
in some way. The logs show that the message was valid when sent from
the server so this indicates that it was lost in some way before it
was received by the device.

Please check that all communication settings on your device and in
ActiveSync on the PC are still correct and valid.
