Hi, The server log files show your device requesting the sync and then GooSync returning an authentication successful message. The device should then have sent the next message informing GooSync what it wanted to sync. However, the device didn't send any other messages and we assume this is when you see the communication error.
It's possible that your current network profile on your device doesn't allow SyncML data transfer to occur and terminates the connection. Please double-check your network settings on your device. You may need to speak with your network provider to see if they provide any additional network settings for this type of data transfer.
