Hi To display your times in non-miltary time as you are based in the USA, please check that you have English (United States) set under Settings->System->Regional Settings on your Pocket PC
and in Google Calendar, Settings->Calendar Settings, Time format set to 1:00PM. I have also noticed that you may have not set your Time Zone correctly under My Details pages on the GooSync web site. For New York, this would be (GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) By setting the correct time zone, when you view your sync logs they will be displayed in your correct regional time.
