Hi, Our records show that the messages were sent successfully from GooSync.
However, the device may not support the message format sent from GooSync. We don't have one of these devices for testing so we basically made a guess on the message format based on similar Nokia devices. I'll get development to do some further investigation to see if we can obtain the correct message format for this device. In the meantime it is possible to manually configure your device. In your device's user guide you should find instructions on how to locate and configure the synchronisation application (usually found under the connectivity or organiser menus). The basic settings require for manual configuration are as follows: Sync server URL: http://www.goosync.com/sync/sync.aspx Username: Your GooSync username Password: Your GooSync password Calendar database: Calendar Please note that it is your GooSync account details you need to enter on the device and not your Google account details.
