Hi,

It appears you have 2 GooSync accounts: nunosimoes and nunoemsi. Both
are valid and enabled accounts.

However, there are no records of the reset password function being
used for your nunosimoes account, but there are for your nunoemsi
account.

Which is the account you are attempting to login with?
