Hi, The server log files show that your new device cannot establish a connection with your GooSync account because a device is already linked to it.
GooSync links to your device based on a unique ID. Once this link is established no other devices can connect to your account until the link is removed. Please delete your existing device from the My Device page, re-select your device, and then synchronise with your correct device.
