Hi Elizabeth It appears that you are not properly authenticated with Google. If you login to the GooSync web site and go the My Google page, select the 'Delete My Google settings' button and then click on the Authorize button. You will redirected to Google - please follow the onscreen instructions.
When you return to the My Google page you should get the message :- 'Authentication with Google Calendar successful.' Hope that helps.
