Hi,

After receiving your new device did you delete your device from your
GooSync account?

GooSync links your device to your account using a unique ID. Once this
link is established it prevents other devices from connecting to the
account.

By deleting and re-selecting your device you will clear this link and
will allow the new device to connect to your account.
