Hi Stephen

Thanks for the post. You account shows you haven't synced with your
N70 yet. Do you have the userID for your managers account. Once you do
a sync I can check the account and find the device information. This
will tell me if your device has any problems supporting either Alarms
or Categories two of the features we have found some devices don't
support. If your device works it may be because your not using
categories or alarms. If so that might be a temporary solution for
your manager until we release the fix we are currently working on.
