Hi Jennifer The phone number needs to include the country code. For the US its +1 so your should enter your number as +1 615 275 8943.
Can I ask are you on the Cingular network because they block the type of message we send so you would have to follow the manual setup instructions below to set up your phone: In the phone's manual you can find instructions on how to set-up sync you should be able to find the Sync settings in the menu under connections or something similar. The just add the details below: These are the generic setup instructions: Sync server URL: http://www.goosync.com/sync/sync.aspx Username: Your Goosync UserName. Password: Your Goosync password. Calendar database: Calendar If your not on Cingular then you can send an SMS message again by going to My Device page and click on "Configure".
