Hi, You sync logs indicate that you are trying to do a sync type not supported for free users, 'Update Server' also known as 'To Server Only'.
To do this you need to upgrade to a subscription account. Otherwise you need to change the sync type on your device back to a 'Normal' and you will be able to sync.
