Hi both. Could you check your devices for me and let me know how many categories are listed?
PALM devices only support up to 15 categories. If there are more on your device the extra ones we send can't be created. If you look at an event with a category, see if there are 15, goto the edit category page and remove any you don't use and you should have more luck syncing. If not please let me know and we'll try track down what else could be wrong.
