Hi, The free service is not time restricted. You can synchronise as many times you like whenever you want.
The 2 main restrictions on the free service are the lack of multiple calendar support (you can only synchronise the Google default calendar) and the fixed sync window of 7 days in the past and 30 days in the future. This sync window means that only events that exist within 7 days past and 30 days future of the current sync date will be synchronised (any events outside this sync window will be ignored until they do fall inside).
