Hi, Are you transferring the .cab file itself or have you extracted the files from within the .cab file?
The GooSync downloads have recently been changed to just provide the .cab file (they are no longer zipped). Once this .cab file has been downloaded to your PC you can then transfer this file whole onto your device using ActiveSync. Once transferred locate the .cab file on the device using File Explorer and open the .cab file to start the installation process.
