Hi Jason If you change phone, you will need to delete your existing phone on the My Device page and add your new phone even if your new phone is the same make and model as your old phone.
The reason for this is that each phone has a unique identifier which is associated to your GooSync account when you sync. If you attempt to sync with a new phone without removing your old phone, on the My Device page, it will show the following errror in your sync log :- Sync failed.
