Hi

We have checked your sync logs and there was an failure to
add an entry to Google on your last sync due to Google timing out.
But if you sync again,  it should go back into the Google Calendar.

Since you have upgraded to the subscription,
it appears that you have not increased your sync window -
days in past and days in future settings.
This could be why some of your appointments are not showing on the
device.

You can change your sync window settings on the My Device page.

If the problem is persists,
can you provide us with the subject line and time of an appointment
which is missing and we can investigate this further.
