Hi Stu These invitations notifications would have been sent from Google Calendar. For each calendar you can set what type of notifications to receive. These settings are available thought Google Calendar as a setting for each calendar.
If the e-mail address of the attendee is not linked to a Google Calendar account I'm not sure if they will get a e-mail. I'm waiting for a reply from Google Calendar Support to confirm this. Do you have an example of the e-mail you and your manager are getting that you could forward to me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] ?
