I had the same problem since the last update. I solved it the following way:
1. Set the time zone in Gcal and Goosync to GMT+x for your location, where x is the actual time difference to GMT, already respecting the timeshift between DST and standard time. 2. Set the time zone on your phone correctly to GMT+x and then use the automatic DST correction function of your phone for your location. Don't set the time manually to DST! Then it will work correctly.
