Hi,

Your account doesn't show any indication of a sync attempt from your
device.

It's like the device is unable to connect correctly with the GooSync
server.

Have you confirmed that the details sent down using the configuration
message are correct?

Is the sync profile on your device set to use the correct network
connection for your network provider?
