My line manager (account r.polyblank) has had to replace his phone
with a new one (old was Nokia N70, new is Nokia N70) but when I tried
to sync it gave an error (which I didn't note down).

I then went to the My Device section and deleted his device: this took
a long time and eventually my browser timed out, so I went back to the
My Device page and now I see the error

Error   The given key was not present in the dictionary.

So we cannot pick a new deivce and, thereofre, cannot sync.

Any help creatly appreciated.
