Hi

If you can supply your GooSync ID we can check your sync logs for you.

If you change your device,
you will need to delete your old device and
add your device from the My Device page
as you need to associate your new device with your GooSync account.

After you have added and configured your new device and before you
sync,
remember to set your sync window and select your calendars.
