Hi, After replacing your handset did you remove your old device from your GooSync account?
GooSync stores a link between your device and your account. Once this link is established no other devices can connect to your account. When replacing a device (even if it's the same model) you need to log into your GooSync account and delete your device from the My Device page. Once done select your device again and ensure your account settings are correct (sync window etc if applicable). After this your new device will be able to connect to your GooSync account.
