Hi,

That particular message indicates that the response received on the
device was incorrect for a sync server. This can mean that the server
url entered in the sync profile on the device is incorrect (attempting
to communicate with a standard website through a sync application will
report this error).

How did you configure your device? Was it using the automatic
configuration messages on the GooSync site or did you configure the
device manually?

Can you double check the settings in the sync application on your
device and ensure the settings are correct. The basic settings require
for manual configuration are as follows:

Sync server URL: http://www.goosync.com/sync/sync.aspx
Username: Your GooSync username
Password: Your GooSync password
Calendar database: Calendar

Please note that it is your GooSync account details you need to enter
on the device and not your Google account details.
