Hi, The referral system does not allow you to provide a referral code to an existing user.
When sending a referral to someone they are sent an email containing a referral code that they must enter during the registration process. This then links them to your account so if they then decide to upgrade to a subscription account you both get the referral bonus. Because this person already had an account (created in January) they were unable to enter the referral code, therefore it's not possible to obtain the referral bonus.
