Hiya,

Under Settings->Configuration->Personal Configuration settings-> i
only have Orange WAP GPRS available.

Under OPTIONS i can ADD NEW and then I get various options WEB,
MULTIMEDIA, SYNCHRONISATION, IM and PRESENCE, E-MAIL, STREAMING,
ACCESS POINT

Would I need to select one of these and add the details listed in your
previous email? I wasn't this what the sms i received was supposed to
do?
